Acceptable Use Policy

1. General

1.1. The user must use https://olmoz.ru in good faith, lawfully and without violating third-party rights.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1. The user must not make fraudulent payments; use third-party cards, accounts or personal data without authorization; attempt unauthorized access; use scripts, scrapers, bots, DDoS or malware; interfere with payment processing or website operation; submit false reports, threats or spam; abuse support; initiate unjustified chargebacks after receiving goods; use the website for unlawful, sanctions-related, AML-risk or fraudulent transactions; or violate Third-Party Platform rules.

3. Consequences

3.1. The Operator may restrict access, cancel orders, refuse service, and disclose information to payment partners or competent authorities where a lawful basis exists.

3.2. Access restriction does not cancel the user’s obligation to pay for Digital Goods already received.
