Delivery Policy
Effective date: 5 July 2026
1. General
1.1. All products on https://olmoz.ru are Digital Goods and are delivered electronically.
1.2. No physical, postal or courier delivery and no delivery of a physical medium is provided.
2. Delivery Methods
2.1. Delivery may include automatic crediting to a specified account; manual crediting by an operator; issuing a digital code; sending instructions or a link; or another electronic method stated on the product page or in the order.
3. Delivery Times
3.1. Automatic orders are usually processed after payment confirmation.
3.2. Standard estimated delivery time: from several minutes to 24 hours unless another time is stated on the product page.
3.3. Orders requiring manual processing may be processed daily from 09:00 to 21:00 Moscow time or during another period stated on the website.
3.4. In some cases delivery may take up to 72 hours due to maintenance, payment verification, high load, Third-Party Platform restrictions, incorrect data or circumstances outside the Operator’s control.
4. Customer Duties
4.1. The Customer must provide accurate delivery data: account ID, nickname, server, region, e-mail and other required information.
4.2. The Customer must ensure the account is available to receive the goods and comply with Third-Party Platform rules.
4.3. If confirmation is required for delivery, the Customer must provide it promptly.
5. Delivery Confirmation
5.1. Delivery is completed when goods are credited to the account specified by the Customer; a code, link, instruction or other digital result is provided; the Operator’s system or a Third-Party Platform confirms performance; or technical logs show order performance.
5.2. Delivery evidence may include website logs, order status, payment partner data, Third-Party Platform data, e-mail, screenshots, support records and other technical information.
6. Delays
6.1. In case of delay, the Customer may contact support@olmoz.ru.
6.2. Delay alone is not a refund ground if the order is being processed and can be fulfilled within a reasonable time, except as required by law or the Refund Policy.
7. Delivery Impossibility
7.1. If delivery is impossible due to the Operator’s fault, redelivery, replacement or refund may be offered.
7.2. If delivery is impossible due to Customer error or Third-Party Platform restrictions, refund may be refused if the Operator has incurred costs or goods have been supplied.
