1.1. All elements of https://olmoz.ru, including design, structure, texts, interface, graphics, logos, databases, software code and brand elements, belong to the Operator or are used by it lawfully.

2. Prohibited Use

2.1. Without written consent of the Operator, users must not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, sell, publish, scrape or commercially use website materials.

3. Third-Party Trademarks

3.1. All names, logos and trademarks of third-party games, applications and platforms belong to their respective owners.

3.2. References to third-party platforms are used only to describe compatibility, purpose or use of Digital Goods unless otherwise stated.

3.3. Unless expressly stated, OLMOZ is not an official partner or representative of such owners.

4. Rights Holder Complaints

4.1. Rights holder notices may be sent to support@olmoz.ru with the subject “IP Claim”.

4.2. The notice should identify the rights holder, protected work, allegedly infringing material, page URL and proof of authority.
